Pricing is Paramount

Why pricing your home right from the start is everything:
📉 Overpricing can backfire. Homes that sit too long start to raise red flags. Buyers wonder what’s wrong — even if there’s nothing wrong at all.
⚖️ The market sets the value. Pricing too high doesn’t mean you’ll “leave room to negotiate” — it often means you’ll miss your ideal buyer altogether.
