My professional designations reflect additional training in seller representation and real estate negotiation. These skills help me provide informed guidance, develop stronger strategies and advocate for my clients throughout each transaction.

The SRS designation represents advanced training in seller representation. It strengthens my ability to prepare, position and market homes while protecting my sellers’ interests throughout the transaction.

The RENE certification reflects specialized training in negotiation strategy, communication and conflict resolution. I use these skills to help clients evaluate their options and negotiate from a well-informed position.

As a REALTOR®, I subscribe to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and its standards of professional conduct.
